Meet the Managing Partner Ginger R Kelley

Ginger Kelley is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Ginger R. Kelley. Located in Newport Beach, California, for the past 25 years, Ms. Kelley has been building one of the top Southern California law firms dedicated to state and federal white-collar criminal defenses cases. She has extensive experience defending clients charged with crimes such as bank securities, and insurance fraud, embezzlement, identity theft, Internet crimes, money laundering, federal drug charges, indictments, and detention hearings.

Currently, she focuses on professional license accusation defense litigation.

Her clients primarily include medical professionals who have been accused of medical malpractice, medical fraud, negligence, and other similar healthcare-related offenses. She defends them in front of state medical, pharmaceutical, and chiropractic boards, as well as providing a dedicated strategic defense against any and all criminal charges.

Ginger Kelley received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her law degree from Western State University. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and to the bars of the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, as well as the 9th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is also currently an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the California State Bar’s Criminal Law Section.
